Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.
You might be navigating burnout, identity shifts, relationship patterns, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Whatever brings you to this space, my role is to meet you with warmth, curiosity, and care. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you, explore the patterns that show up in your life, and support you in moving toward a way of living that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
A Space Rooted in Culture, Identity, and Lived Experience
As a mixed-race, second-generation immigrant and person of colour, I understand the complexity of holding multiple identities, especially in a community where IBPOC voices are less represented. I’m passionate about offering culturally responsive and socially conscious care for individuals from IBPOC communities, people navigating mixed-heritage experiences, and anyone exploring identity, belonging, or intergenerational stories.
This is a space where your culture, history, and lived experiences are honoured and welcomed.
Relational Patterns, Vulnerability, and Emotional Depth
Much of my work focuses on supporting clients in understanding their past and present relational experiences. This may include exploring attachment wounds, abandonment fears, limerence, relationship anxiety, people-pleasing, or the protective strategies you’ve learned to survive.
Together, we’ll gently explore how these patterns impact your sense of self, boundaries, and vulnerability, and work toward cultivating relationships with others and with yourself that feel more secure, grounded, and compassionate.
Burnout, Identity, and Life Transitions
Many clients come to me during times of overwhelm, change, or uncertainty. Whether you’re facing burnout, perfectionism, shifting roles, or feeling disconnected from your sense of self, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface. This might include identity development, boundary-setting, self-worth, and the internal pressures that make it hard to rest or trust yourself.
My approach is whole-person, culturally aware, and centred around your values and lived experience.
How We’ll Work Together
Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and intimidating. My approach is compassionate, relational, trauma-informed, and collaborative. You set the pace, and we shape the direction together.
I draw from evidence-based modalities, including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to understand and shift unhelpful thought patterns
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to clarify your values and guide meaningful action
Somatic Therapy to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and support emotional processing
Narrative Therapy to explore and re-author the stories that shape who you are
Internal Family Systems (IFS/parts work) to build a compassionate relationship with your inner world
I integrate these modalities in a way that is holistic, culturally responsive, and tailored to your needs.
If You’re Curious About Working Together
Whether you’re seeking support for relational patterns, burnout, cultural identity, or a mix of things that are hard to name right now, you’re welcome here. If you’d like to explore what working together could look like, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation call. I’d be honoured to connect with you in whatever chapter you’re navigating.
